Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and Lead Network. By creating an account, applying to a club, or using the platform, you agree to these Terms. If you are using Lead Network on behalf of a business, you confirm that you have authority to bind that business.

You must be at least 18 years old and a legitimate business professional to use Lead Network. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Lead Network clubs hold one seat per profession to keep referrals exclusive. Membership is by invitation and application, and admission is at the discretion of the club and Lead Network.

• Members are expected to attend meetings, pass referrals in good faith, and represent their business honestly.
• Seats are personal to the member and may not be sold or transferred without approval.
• Clubs may set additional participation standards consistent with these Terms.

You agree not to:

• Misrepresent your business, credentials, or the referrals you pass.
• Harass, defraud, or spam other members, or use the network to promote unrelated schemes.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the platform.
• Violate any applicable law or the rights of others.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these standards.

Membership dues and any applicable fees are billed on the schedule shown at checkout. Unless stated otherwise, memberships renew automatically. You authorize us to charge your payment method for recurring dues until you cancel. Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated.

Lead Network, its logo, software, and content are owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform for its intended purpose. You retain ownership of content you submit but grant us a license to host and display it to operate the service.

The platform may link to or integrate with third-party services, such as payment processors and calendar tools. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those services, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.

You may cancel your membership at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay dues, or engage in conduct that harms other members or the network. On termination, your right to use the platform ends, though certain provisions survive.

Lead Network connects professionals but does not guarantee any particular volume of referrals, revenue, or business outcome. The platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lead Network is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or business arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we’ll update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use after changes means you accept them. Questions? Email legal@businessnetwork.com.
